To support our team at the earliest possible date we are looking for a PhD candidate (m/f/d) to work on the topic "Industrialization of innovative electrodes for printed OPV".
Your profile
- You have a master degree in printing technology, physics, materials science or related subjects
- You have experience in printing and coating technologies, especially inkjet printing and slot-die coating
- You are a team player with high levels of motivation, initiative and organizational talent
- You impress with your determined and performance-oriented working style as well as proactive problem-solving skills
- Your profile is round off by excellent communication and argumentation skills
- Your fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, ideally also in German, helps you in your daily communication with your colleagues
Your main responsibilities
- Development and optimization of innovative printing and coating processes for electrodes
- Definition of material and process specifications and identification and qualification of materials
- Process transfer from lab to roll-to-roll (R2R) production scale
- Planning and execution of experiments togehter with their analysis, assessment and documentation on own responsibility
- Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support in the general R&D operations
